We aim to represent our products' colors, materials and finishing as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor color calibrations, materials and finishes represented on the website cannot be guaranteed to be accurate on your individual screen.
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. This does not warranty damage caused by the user, wear caused through use or minor visual imperfections that do not compromise product utility. The Good Flock LLC reserves the rightto determine if returned products are the result of defective manufacturing or damage caused through use.
For domestic orders we accept returns within 15 days of purchase. All returned products must be unused and with all original packaging and tags. The Good Flock LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of its products if returned after 15 days of purchase or returned without original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on international orders, custom orders or UL tested products.
All prices are shown and processed in US dollars. Payment in any other currencywill be calculated by your payment provider, translated into your local currency and represented on your card statement.

Buyers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and customs charges enforced by the importing country. We aim to process and ship all orders within five business days from purchase date. If for any reason shipping is delayed more than five business days, you will be notified by The Good Flock LLC via email.
